By booking our pet sitting, dog walking, or equine care services, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please note that to receive a refund of your deposit, a cancellation notice of at least 72 hours is required. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

We also reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. This may occur if we believe that a pet or owner presents a risk to our staff, other clients, or their pets. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all involved.
